We contacted Malpas Farm Shop to ask if it would be possible to purchase a gift card for my son and daughter in law which was a facility which at that point they didn’t have on their website Within no time at all having ascertained what we wanted Michael had set it up as a new service and the gift card I purchased had arrived in my son’s inbox. Now that’s customer service! If only all businesses were as responsive. Now my son and daughter in law can also enjoy the fantastic meat we are lucky enough to be able to purchase locally Very Happy customer

I'm writing this review from me, but from also from the other 3 girls who I work with. One by one, we've all become customers of the farm shop. If we have time, we head into the farm shop as the service is always so warm, but while the weather has been so grim, we've started taking advantage of the online shop and delivery service and the quality compared to the meat I used to buy in Sainsbury's is a world apart. I now look at supermarket meat very differently. I highly recommend you visit the farm shop if you get the chance, and if not, go online.

Popped in by chance on our way home from holiday in Anglesey saw the sign 4 tomahawk steaks £15 ! Cudnt believe it as we had paid so much more wasn't disappointed bought 5 tomahawks got minted lamb chops for a fiver guy who served us was so nice 2 us and so helpful gave my 10 year old lad sum free chocolate and me a piece of coffee cake dont know if he was the owner but he is an asset 2 them if he's not ! Ow and the tomahawk steaks was amazing better than the one i had in Anglesey that i payed £100 in a restaurant! Thanx again Malpas farm will b ordering on line wen I've eaten all my tomahawks Lol 😆

Bought meat 2 days ago got home and cooked the mince, it really didn't taste very nice , I've had a stomachache since. (I know how to cook) today opened the stewing beef and beef shin to find it was rancid. Brown and smelt disgusting (thrown in the bin). The shop didn't smell very good when we arrived albeit we thought we'd give a local farm a go. But safe to say we will not be returning again and will be using another shop instead. The meat has made my fridge smell disgusting as well. Such a shame as it would have been nice to use local. Very disappointing.

This shop is amazing , quality is excellent , choice amazing . If you are wondering what to cook , pop in , you will be inspired by the friendly staff . We often have our shopping delivered to the door by a lady with a smile 😊 . Anne not only brighten ups your day , she is super helpful too . Highly recommend

For the ~3 years we lived in Malpas the farm shop became my weekly Saturday stop. I realized early this was a special place that not only offered great food but even better was the friendly service. I looked forward to stopping in and chatting with the great team there. The banter was great especially when I would come in shorts during the winter months. They really care about their customers and take notice, something I experienced every week. I highly suggest the shop to everyone.

What a great place and team of people at Malpas Farm shop. Love visiting there and they are such a great bunch of people who always go above and beyond to help with what you want/need. I especially want to mention Anne who works there who is an absolute superstar and friend. A true gem to have on their team. Can’t recommend the team and the produce they sell there, enough.

From seeing their posts on Facebook about the Rib of Beef, hubby went and got one. Oh my goodness, it was delicious. He said the people were friendly and happy to help. Would highly recommend this farm shop. Keeping supporting. Oh, forgot to say, getting another one 😀
