A big thank you to all the staff at Hamptons after our young GSD collapsed after walking on Bickerton Hill on February 20th. Care was immediate and effective, we were kept informed throughout a very worrying ordeal and I am pleased to say he's ok although there is some more monitoring to do. We don't know what caused it but the staff couldn't have done more to help him and support us. Particular thanks to Dani for her thorough and sympathetic approach.

I have experienced a dreadful service from this vet. They provided a service which wasn't carried out correctly ( i had evidence to back up my claim). I held them in breach of contract and tried to pursue them through my statutory rights. They passed me through to their insurers who were horrific to deal with, they tried to fob me off but i knew i had rights under the Consumer Rights Act, they refused to accept this so i passed it to my credit card company and held them equally liable under the Consumer Credit Act, section 75 where they switched back the payment in full! Stay clear of this vets!

The phone rang out until I was cut off twice, eventually 3rd attempt I got through. I had to chase up my dogs flea and worming tablets as they’d missed a month. Not been contacted or sent out as promised. Apparently a new system whereby their details weren’t transferred. I spend over 10 minutes holding trying to get the prescription authorised! I gave up holding in the end. I wonder if I’ll be refunded £31.50 for my missed meds? This is what my pet plans cost me monthly.

After my dog being misdiagnosed in my previous vets I decided to change to Hampton vets and turns out to be the best decision ever made All the staff are so welcoming and friendly I have mainly dealt with dani who is just amazing with belle She actually jumps out of the car and pulls me into the vets Dani always greets belle 1st and makes a fuss of her Long story short I can’t put into words how wonderful everyone is and after belle had a 4 day stay in hospital and being diagnosed with pancreatitis I felt I needed to leave this positive review Absolutely highly recommended

We've used this practice for over 38 years for large and small animals including goats and horses. They have always been excellent both in service to us and in the care of our animals. Not the cheapest practice around but then you get what you pay for and they are certainly a 5 star practice. Highly recommended

This was first visit to the vets with our puppy Finn for his second dose of injections. The procedure under Covid restrictions was handled very well Finn was taken inside had his injection was brought out to the car and the vet explained everything going forwards. Everything was handled very efficiently and it was nice to use a veterinary practice that is local. We hope to get to know them better as Finn grows.

Took my puppy for his first injections, staff very friendly and helpful and vet took his time with us to answer all our questions. Would highly recommend going back next week for second round of injections and I know that my puppy is in safe hands

During lockdown we have bought a beautiful puppy called Reggie. Hampton vets have been so accommodating fitting in his vaccinations, monitoring his weight and organising flea and working treatments - they also offered the best price in the area!! I was very worried about not being allowed into the vets with Reggie but the friendly staff came and chatted with me in the car and gave Reggie so much affection that he now enjoys a ride out to the vets. Thank you to all the staff I could not have asked for a better service!!
